Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges will be made. We ONLY accept returns for store credit. If you'd like to exchange an item, just request a return and once you receive the store credit, you can repurchase the item in the correct size or color. For returns, please read and follow the instructions below:
Return requests are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of delivery date (according to tracking records).
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, tags attached (if any), and odorless. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items excluded from returns include:
1. Orders using promo/discount codes. We will accept 10 - 15% off, however, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
2. Sale items, including deal of the week sales
3. White items
4. Orders placed during huge sales - Including but NOT limited to, New Years Sale, Hump Day Sale, Valentine's Day Sale, Labor Day Sale, July 4th Sale, Black Friday Sale, etc.
5. Accessories (ie. socks, bodychains, necklaces, bracelets, rings, belts, etc.)

Email a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org including:
-Full name on the order
-Items you would like to return
Please allow 3 - 4 business days for a response. Once we approve your request, we will send over instructions on how to go forward with the return.
*PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Once clothing is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive an giftcard via email with the total amount spent on the return item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
